Q: What inspired you to create Potomac Lux?

A: It all started with a small but frustrating experience. I was tring to fix a hole on one of the pnes on a doublepane window,  it became clear very quickly how difficult it was to navigate the process. Noone was willing to help me. they all wanted to sell me a set of windows for my whole house (when my windows were relatively new already).  I ended up on a call list after my very first call to a company. Noone even tried to help me solve my problem. They were so high on their horse people would call my wife and convince her to buy the whole set of windows but not even hav the whole discussion with her because I needed to be home. they didnt want to "deal" to have just "one leg". Companies like this will not even talk to you unless you and your significant other is there so they dont "waste their time" talking to a custumer who will talk to their spouse later. Between the onslaught of calls and the upselling, I honestly never fixed the window... I sold the house. It was at that moment that I realized that homeowners, need a trusted service that handles these issues seamlessly. That protects you from all the issues that come with putting in the effort and.. hopefully saving you all that effort to begin with. That moment sparked the idea for Potomac Lux—an all-in-one concierge service that takes the hassle out of home management.

A: My goal is to create a one-stop concierge service for homeowners. Whether it's home repairs, premium lighting installations, or custom renovations, I want Potomac Lux to be the first name people think of when they need a reliable, hassle-free solution. We’re focusing on building long-term relationships with homeowners and ensuring they receive top-tier service every time.

A: Marketing has played a huge role in shaping how I approach this business. A: I grew up in a diplomatic family, so I was exposed to high-end concierge services from an early age. I saw how tailored, detail-oriented service could make life easier for people.
