- 1-Minute Breath Reset: Find a quiet spot (maybe that cozy corner of your beautifully designed living room). Sit upright, relax your shoulders. Inhale deeply through your nose for a count of 5, then exhale through your nose for a count of 5. Feel your belly and chest rise and fall. Repeat this slow, deep breathing for about a minute. Yes, just one minute. Notice how a sense of calm begins to wash over you. This basic breathing technique is used in Kundalini to instantly steady the mind and can be done anytime you need to recenter
- Morning Mindful Moment: Before you dive into your daily schedule, take 3 minutes for a gentle spinal flex — a simple Kundalini movement. Sit comfortably (cross-legged on the floor or in a straight-backed chair). Place your hands on your shins or knees.
